A5 is the base size for every flyer layout
A5 measures 148 × 210 mm and provides a compact format for flyers, promotions, menus, invitations and other printed designs. In a no fold layout, the finished flyer uses a single A5 sheet. When the design is folded, the overall unfolded sheet becomes wider while each panel continues to use the A5 format.
Folding changes the overall sheet size
A bi fold uses two A5 panels, creating an unfolded sheet equivalent to 2× A5. A tri fold uses three A5 panels, while a four fold uses four. This increases the total artwork area with each additional panel, giving you more space for content while keeping the individual panels based on the A5 format.
