📜 License Agreement for Mockups on MockupShelf.com
🔓 License Grant & Use Rights
MockupShelf hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the mockups provided through this website (“Mockups”) under the following terms:
- ✅ You are permitted to use the Mockups for any purpose, including commercial use, marketing, client work, websites, social media, print, broadcast, portfolio displays, and more.
- ✅ You may incorporate the Mockups into derivative works (e.g., placing your own designs, branding, or images into them) without additional licensing or permissions.
- ✅ You may use Mockups in client deliverables, in publications, on websites, in advertising campaigns, and in any medium, without restrictions on scale, geography, or audience.
🚫 Restrictions & Prohibitions
While this license is generous, there are certain restrictions to protect our intellectual property and ensure fair use:
- ❌ No redistribution of source files — You may not upload, share, or distribute the original Mockup files (e.g., PSD, TIFF, or layered files) in their editable or open-source form. This includes sharing via websites, file transfer services, email, FTP, or any similar medium.
- ❌ No resale or stock distribution — You may not sell, license, repackage, or distribute the Mockups (even after modifying or disabling sample designs) through stock / microstock marketplaces or any site whose primary business is reselling design assets.
- ❌ Flattened output permitted — After customizing a Mockup (for example, by replacing sample graphics and flattening layers), you may distribute the final, flattened graphics (e.g., PNG, JPG) to clients, include them in portfolios, or use them in marketing, print, and online media.
💬 Attribution / Credit
You are not required to credit MockupShelf or provide a link when using Mockups, even in commercial projects. Use them freely without attribution.
🧠 Intellectual Property & Ownership
- All Mockups offered on MockupShelf remain the exclusive property of MockupShelf and its licensors.
- This license covers only the Mockups themselves — any other content on this website (text, scripts, UI elements, etc.) is not included unless explicitly stated.
⚖️ Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
- Mockups are provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind.
- MockupShelf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Mockups, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Mockups complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and other regulations.
🔎 Copyright & Third-Party Content
If a mockup contains third-party brand logos, product images, or likenesses, those elements are included for demonstration only. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for the commercial use of third-party trademarks or copyrighted content.
✅ Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any Mockups from MockupShelf, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated in this license. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Mockups immediately.
