License Agreement

 This license explains how you can use mockups and related assets downloaded from MockupShelf for personal and commercial projects.

1. License Grant

 MockupShelf grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use mockup assets made available on this website, subject to the terms below.

This template is provided for informational use and should be reviewed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction and business model.

2. Allowed Uses

You may use downloaded mockups in personal or commercial projects, including:

  • Client presentations, brand proposals, and portfolio showcases.
  • Websites, social media posts, ads, marketing campaigns, and printed materials.
  • Derivative works where you place your own design into the mockup.
  • Final flattened deliverables (for example PNG, JPG, PDF output).

Commercial usage is allowed without separate license purchase unless otherwise stated.

3. Restricted Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute or share source files (PSD, TIFF, layered files) as downloadable assets.
  • Resell, sublicense, or republish mockups on stock, template, or asset marketplace sites.
  • Claim ownership of original mockup source files.
  • Use any asset in unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.

Uploading original source files to your own free-download page, drive link, or marketplace is prohibited.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required for standard use. Credit is appreciated but optional unless a specific asset explicitly states otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership

All original mockup source files remain the property of MockupShelf and its licensors. This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

6. Third-Party Content

Any third-party names, brands, logos, or products shown in preview images are for demonstration. You are responsible for obtaining rights for commercial use of third-party marks and content.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All assets are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockupShelf is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use or inability to use the assets.

9. Changes to this License

We may update this license from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of assets after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
